Berry Mead-arita

FBC house-made honeycomb mead, tequila, fresh lime juice, Chambord raspberry liqueur, Cointreau orange liqueur

FBC Green Tea (makes 5 shots or 1 cocktail)

1 oz Peach Old Goat Peach

1 oz Jameson

½ oz simple syrup

½ fresh lime juice

Add to shaker, add ice, shake, strain.  If cocktail serve in lowball with ice and lime garnish.

Bikini Martini

2 oz pineapple juice (not pineapple cocktail), 1.5 oz coconut rum, 1.5 oz vodka, added to shaker half filled with ice 15 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Slowly down side of glass add ½ oz grenadine – will go to the bottom. Garnish with a cherry.

Bees Knees (makes 5 shots or 1 cocktail)

2 oz Empire Cream

1 oz Bourbon

1/2 oz honey

Add to shaker, add ice, shake, strain. If cocktail serve in lowball with ice.

Buzz Off (makes 5 shots or 1 cocktail)

2 oz Empire Cream

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Kahlua

Add to shaker, add ice, shake, strain. If cocktail serve in chilled martini glass with shake of cinnamon

1 oz FBC house-made honeycomb Mead, 1.5 oz Gin, ½ oz lemon juice, ¼ oz honey

Easy Peasey Lemon Squeezy

3 oz pink lemonade, 1.5 oz tequila, ¾ oz triple sec, ¼ oz lemon juice

Timbucha Cosmo

1.5 lemon deep eddy, 1 oz Cointreau, 2 oz cran pear

paloma

2 oz tequila, 2 oz grapefruit juice, 2 oz soda water, ½ oz lime juice, ¼ oz simple syrup

El diablo

1.5 oz tequila, ½ oz lime juice, ½ oz raspberry Chambord, top w ginger beer

I Mead Love

1 oz Honeycomb Mead

½ oz Chambord

5 oz Prosecco

Serve in chilled champagne flute with 2 raspberry garnish.

Drunken Rattlesnake

Fbc Mead-arita

2 oz Honeycomb Mead

1 oz Tequila

¾ oz fresh lime juice

¾ oz Cointreau

½ oz Chambord

Add to shaker, add ice, shake, strain. Serve in a lowball with ice and lime garnish.

Mead-arita

2 oz FBC house-made honeycomb mead, 1 oz tequila, ¾ oz fresh lime juice, ¾ oz Cointreau orange liqueur. Salt rim.

Raider's Cosmo

2 or less oz Gin, ½ oz Chambord, ½ oz Triple Sec, ½ oz lemon juice, ¼ oz simple syrup

Frozen Honey Apple Cider Margarita

Prep – apple cider in ice cube trays, freeze

Need to scale down recipe

3 cups cider ice cubes

1.5 cups tequila

¼ cup Cointreau

2 T honey

Juice of ½ lemon

Rim with cinnamon sugar or pumpkin pie spice

Blend all 5 ingredients unto frosty and smooth.  Pour into margarita glasses.

FBC Sex on the Beach

1.5 oz vodka, 1(or 1.5)oz FBC house-made Old Goat Peach Hard 9% Kombucha, 2 oz orange juice, 2 oz cranberry juice, opt tsp lemon juice (snifter)

Mock-tails

Cucumber Gimlet

1.5 oz club soda, 4-5 slices muddled cucumber, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz simple syrup

Combine all, shake with ice.  Serve in rock glass over crushed ice.  Lime or cuke garnish.

Mango Mule

4-5 slices cucumber, 1 oz honey syrup, 1.5 oz mango puree, 1.5 oz fresh lime juice, 1.5 oz ginger beer

Muddle cucumber and honey syrup in bottom of cocktail shaker.  Add mango puree and lime juice and shake with ice vigorously.  Strain into lowball, top with ginger beer, stir.

Virgin Paloma

1.5 oz lime juice, 1 oz grapefruit juice, 1 oz agave syrup

Combine all in shaker and shake with ice.  Strain over ice into highball glass.  Top with club soda.  Lime garnish.

Pineapple Ginger Beer

½ cup (or less) pineapple juice, ½ cup (or less) NA ginger beer, 1 T. cinnamon simple syrup

Highball with ice.  Equal parts juice and ginger beer.  Add 1 T (or less) of syrup.  Stir.  Garnish with pineapple.

Cinnamon Simple Syrup:

1 c water, 1 c sugar, 3 long broken cinnamon sticks or 6 short sticks

Small saucepan, stir water and sugar over med heat until sugar is dissolved.  Bring to boil.  Add cinnamon sticks, turn down head, place lid on and simmer 5 minutes.  Remove from heat and let sit for an hour or longer to infuse cinnamon flavor into syrup.  Remove sticks and transfer to sterilized container with lid.  Store in fridge on month.

Pina Colada

Scale recipe – this makes 4

3 cups frozen pineapple chunks, 15 oz coconut milk, 1 T maple syrup

1c frozen pineapple chunks, ½ c pineapple juice, ½ c cream of coconut

Blend all, serve in hurricane or snifter, garnish with umbrella.

Virgin Mary

3 oz tomato juice, ½ oz lemon juice, 1 dash Worcestershire, 1 tsp celery salt, pinch black pepper, 2 dashes hot sauce

Fill highball with ice, add tomato and lemon juice and mix.  Add Worcestershire, celery salt, black pepper, hot sauce and stir.  Garnish with celery and pickle with toothpick across glass to hold them up vertically.

Tumeric Tonic

2” piece turmeric and ginger, ½ lemon – all peeled and put through juicer.  Mix in 3 T agave, put over ice and add sparkling water.

Arnold Palmer

Highball with ice, add 5 oz lemonade and 5 oz iced tea.  Garnish with lemon.
