For those that ordered up brewing classes we have the following dates in February.
Extract Brewing Class
Extract Class: Feb 5th or 19th (6-9 pm)
This class will review extract brewing basics, create a recipe using in-house ingredients, then brew the beer. The material will focus on an overview of the brewing process from start to finish. The process will use ordemonstrate tools and techniques available to the average home brewer. Tuition includes handouts, munchies, beer samples, and one growler and growler fill of the brewed beer (when the beer is ready and placed on tap.) Class duration is 3-4 hours.
All Grain Advance Class
All Grain Class: Feb 9th or 23rd (9am- ) This class will review all-grain brewing basics, create a recipe using in-house ingredients, then brew the beer. The material will focus on the characteristics of malt and hops, and the mashing techniques required to convert the malted barley into ferment-able sugar. The process will use or demonstrate tools and techniques available to the average home brewer. Tuition includes handouts, munchies and lunch, beer samples, and one growler and growler fill of the brewed beer (when the beer is ready and placed on tap.) Class duration is 7-8 hours on a Saturday.
