Fairport Brewing Company, the first New York State farm brewery in Monroe County, is proud to offer our artisan, hand-crafted approach to brewing the highest quality beer using only the best ingredients.
Fairport Brewing Company brews more then 30 beer styles annually. Many of our craft beers have been recognized with the highest honors at the World Beer Championships. Six rotating varieties and other beverages are always available in our Tap Room to meet the discerning tastes of craft beer aficionados.
Just as many of our brews honor the heritage and preserve the spirit of our local community – Fairport, New York – our commitment to local extends to the use of New York State ingredients in the beer we brew.
The best place to get the full experience of our hand-crafted beers is enjoying them in our Tap Room – serving tastings, pints, and growlers. There you’ll find the cozy comfort and antique ambiance of a converted auto repair garage. Or, for three seasons of the year, enjoy a brew and entertainment under the sun and stars of our outdoor patio.

Paul has been brewing up some of the finest local craft beer since he started his brewing career in 1993. His creative touch and attention to detail has had a major impact on the success of Fairport Brewing Company in its short history, and this success will only continue.
Combines corporate background in Supply Chain with extensive knowledge of beers and brewing.
Attended Siebel Institute of Brewing, and continuing education with Brewers Association events.

In 2010, Tim started a microbrewery in the kitchen of his rental property in Fairport, New York with the vision to create something he and his community could call its own. In 2012, that vision was realized as FBC officially opened. Tim’s passion for brewing and pride in his community are just two reasons why FBC has been so successful.
Energetic, imaginative and fun, Tim’s love and passion for his community and friends exemplifies the spirit of Fairport and the Red Raiders.
A life-long member of the community, he is a graduate of Fairport High School, class of 1983. He graduated from Dean Jr. College in 1985 and from Niagara University with a bachelor’s degree in 1987.

1000 Turk Hill Road, Suite 298, Fairport, New York 14450. From Turk Hill Road use the lower entrance closest to the canal. Drive down the alley between the two buildings, look for Building 8 on the left along the canal, and use the double yellow doors marked “Classroom Entrance.” Take the stairs or elevator on your left and you’ll find us on the second floor. Go to the left and make your first right.
